Meagan Good's maternal grandmother Tyra was just a teenager at the time she was employed for Panorama City as a manager as well as her father Leondis Leon Good, a policeman with the LAPD. She grew up in Canyon Country with her three siblings and brothers in California. At 4 years old, she began acting. In the beginning of her acting career her career, Ms. Williams began her career as a television extra. At the age of 13she was snubbed as Friday in the year 1995. First gaining attention in 1997 for her role in the role of Cisely batiste (a teenager who is struggling) in Eve's Bayou, for which she received two nominations, and received her N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nominated. Good played small parts in the television and films of the next few years. In the early 2000s she started taking part in roles that were more mature. She was Nina In Cousin Skeeter the Nickelodeon T.V. Between 1998 and 2001 she appeared in the series "Cousin Skeeter". She also landed minor roles in the films House Party Down to the Last Minute as well as 3 Strikes. She portrayed Vanessa Scott in the 2003 sitcom My Wife and Kids. The show featured her in D.E.B.S in 2004, an action-comedy movie that got the actress nominated as Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards in 2005. In the following years, she starred in many films, including You GotServed The Cookout Venom one miss call at Waistdeep as well as The Love Guru. When she was active in 2012 she appeared seen on T.V. and in films she portrayed the character of Mya in the multi-starring Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Originally from Texas Killmer was an undergraduate at Baylor University in Waco Texas from where she obtained a B.F.A. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2010 within the performing arts. She began her on-screen career in 2010 on the web-based series If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer began her career onscreen in 2010 after appearing in various local shows. She appeared in Simon Fuller's Hulu Series If I Can Dream in its first episode. The show centers around a troupe of actors who live in an Hollywood California house.
